Cat Foster Application

Thank you for considering opening up your home to a cat in need.

We accept foster homes in Calgary, Didsbury, Sundre, Carstairs, Olds, Innisfail, Red Deer, Edmonton, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore, Medicine Hat, Tilley, Canmore, and Okotoks.

To become an approved foster home please start by completing the foster application below. One of our volunteers will be in touch within two business days via email to set up a phone call and home visit.

What is your reason for wanting to foster?

Who will care for your foster cat if you are away?

RSRS Foster cats are to be kept as indoor cats only. Do you have the appropriate indoor space for your foster cat to eat, sleep, play and have a litter box?

Are you willing to take your foster cat to vet appointments?

Are you willing to meet with potential adopters?

Are you willing to have a home check completed by one of our volunteers?

Our rescue believes in only using positive reinforcement and force free training techniques, do you agree to usuing only these methods with your foster cat?
